  • Client Data: Company name, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing information.

  • Payment Credentials: For clients on subscription tiers or utilising the 100% upfront payment option, we securely collect and store payment details via third-party processors in accordance with your express consent in the MSA.

  • Creator Data: Names, contact details, social media handles, and payment details for contractual and remit purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the execution of our UGC services:

  • Service Delivery: Contact information is used for project updates, brief approvals via the Brand Portal, and asset delivery.

  • Payment Processing: Data is used to process one-off upfront payments or recurring monthly fees (Autopay) as authorised in MSA Section 2.5.

  • Creator Management: Managing our talent pool for brief matching and enforcement of non-circumvention tracking.

3. Data Protection & Security

  • Confidentiality: We maintain high standards of data security for all information, regardless of geographical location.

  • Brand Portal Security: Access to Client IP, raw materials, and finished assets is restricted to authorised users and is subject to immediate suspension for non-payment or failed Autopay transactions per our Standard Terms.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • No Selling: We do not sell client or creator personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

  • Necessary Sharing: Data is shared only as necessary for service delivery, including:

    • Payment Processors: To manage Autopay, deposits, and 100% upfront invoicing.

    • Sub-contractors (Creators): Limited project-specific data required for content production.

    • Internal Tools: Project management and portal software used for secure collaboration.

5. Your Rights

  • Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to your data, corrections, or deletion. Please note that these rights are subject to legal and contractual requirements, such as maintaining records for tax purposes or enforcing the 12-month non-circumvention period following contract termination.
